  1. Submissions are being accepted for a new quarterly e-zine scheduled to 
  2. begin publication sometime in the summer.  Distribution at this time 
  3. will be by E-mail, with a website possibly opening up by early 1999.
  4.  
  5.   All genres of writing will be considered, short fiction (less than 
  6. 3000 words, or so), short shorts, vignettes, poetry, experimental, sci-
  7. fi, fantasy, romance, erotica, mystery, or creative combinations of any 
  8. of the above. Also being considered will be non-fiction, short essays, 
  9. opinion pieces, and a letters to the editor section.  There wonÆt be any 
  10. monetary payment, but you will have the satifaction of the international 
  11. fame of being published in The Hatchetman (TM).

  13. Send your submissions to TMRX@AOL.COM.  Submissions can be accepted in 
  14. Word 6.0 or ASCII.  This is a great opportunity for budding writers to 
  15. publish.  Take advantage of it today!
